I am a member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) and I adhere to its ethical framework for good practice.
I have experience working for Barnardo’s, Cruse Bereavement, the NHS and Teens in Crisis (TIC+).
I am committed to continuing professional development and I regularly attend training workshops.
Self-awareness is key to working with clients and I have had my own counselling. I know what it is like to sit in the client’s chair.
